You must NOT use Supabrand to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonate other brands, individuals, or organizations.
• Generate deliberately misleading or fraudulent content.
• Use Profiling Agents to simulate real, named individuals without their consent.
• Generate medical, legal, or financial advice and present it as professional guidance.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying AI models.
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits.
• Use automated scripts to access the service beyond published rate limits.

Consequences of Violation

• First violation: Written warning via email.
• Repeated violations: Temporary account suspension.
• Severe or persistent violations: Permanent account termination.
• No refund is issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
